The property was custom designed and built in 2019 for a family of 4 living full time in the property. Visible on the aerial view photo there are separate roof lines to this home. The main house has 3 internal bedrooms and sleeps 6. Connected by an enclosed tropical garden a teak decking passage leads you to the detached, private guest quarters and ensuite. This secondary master bedroom complete with Private ensuite has an additional separate side access from the driveway ideal for the many friends and family you will have visiting you in Costa Rica!

- Storage (6m x 2m / 65ft x 21ft ) This space was created as an Owners storage in the event of renting the property during holiday seasons. This allows the owner ample space to lock away their personal items.
- Single Car Garage, Artist Studio with Private Ensuite This area is the perfect space to convert into an additional casita which is a highly sought after add on. The current use was a gymnasium and Artist studio.

HORSE STABLES: An incredible way to explore the 4500 ranches is by horseback. The stables are located on Playa Langosta and a guided tour takes you through the jungle trails and out onto the white sand beaches of Playa Langosta
MOUNTAIN BIKE / RUNNING / WALKING TRAILS: 45 Kilometers of trails line the ranch, forest, and coastline with natural scenic routes and rigorous trails for every type of bike rider.
